The blobField is allocate by a code like this : In this TClientDataSet I'm using a TBlobField which is an array of 384 byte. I'm using a TClientDataSet to communicate, by using a XML frame, with my server. I'm migrating a Delphi7 application to Delphi XE. I wrote an application and used cracked delphi 7, after i bought delphi 7 My code can flag the hour-change in order to print the long Date/Time label but, without knowing exactly *when* that label is printed, it's not possible to reset the flag to revert to the short Time only label. Between each BottomAxis label there are many plotted points which have no label. any idea how this might be achieved would be appreciated.Įdit: This image may help clarify what I mean.

The "fully inclusive" label doesn't need to be exactly on the hour but, somehow, the code needs to determine when the full label has been printed before it reverts to the shorter label. OnGetAxisLabel and OnGetNextAxisLabel always return the FormatDateTime string regardless of whether it's actually printed or not. I need a way to determine whether the longer label has *actually* been printed or if the chart is plotting a blank "in between" point due to the LabelsSeparation.

The problem I'm having is, because of BottomAxis.LabelsSeparation a label isn't painted at every LineSeries1.Add. The code waits for the hour change, prints one label which includes the Day and then reverts to just printing the time. LineSeries1.Add(fValue, FormatDateTime('ddd dd hh:mm:ss ', Now), clBlue) LineSeries1.Add(fValue, FormatDateTime(' hh:mm:ss ', Now), clBlue)
